“Andraste's tits, woman! Ya won a'nather one!” Oghren slurred.
He took an angry chug from his stein of what he had earlier referred to as 'watered down piss for ale'. The dwarf slammed the mug down, foamy ale sloshing over the rim as he hastily whipped his mouth with the back of his grimy, dirty hand, accompanied with a full belch. “She's cheating! Check her robes for cards!”
Solona shook her head and gave a sneaky smirk, “Won't find a thing incriminating on me.” She gathered her earnings as Zevran began shuffling the cards for another hand.
“She's a quick learner, Isabela would be proud,” the Antivan waggled his brows.
Alistair snorted and counted the few sovereigns he had left, before tossing a glance to his fellow warden, “You have become a marvelous woman.”
Solona leaned over to give him a peck on the cheek, “Careful flattery will only win you defeat at this game tonight.”
Zevran dealt the cards, giving the two wardens a knowing stare, “In games of Diamondback as well as affairs of the bedroom, she seems to know just where she stands.”
Alistair flushed as the teasing before taking an excruciation bad gulp of the ale as Oghren slapped his back, causing him to choke, “She's a feisty one. Shame you give her all the fun!”
“Maker!” Alistair growled low under his breath, “Can we just get on with the game?”
Solona bumped her shoulder to him, giving him another sneaky wink, “Still up for dancing the Remigold Alistair?”
“Maker's Breath!”
