“So you turned down a piece of that?” Auron snorted, eyeing the lady, with a sneer on her face, walking past them.

The blitzer tossed a narrowed glare at his traveling companion, “It is none of your business.”

The grin the Guardian gave him only made Jecht ball his fist, a sneer of his own pulling at his lips.

Auron raised a brow, “So you have more of a taste for men?” He joked. The hidden laughter in his voice evident.

Jecht’s gaze was molten and steady, causing a sudden sharp spike of awareness up Auron’s spine. With his mouth slightly agape, grin fast fading, Auron watched as Jecht’s pace quickened, leaving him in a stunned silence, looking on after the blitzer, his abdomen filled with heavy flutterings.
