Waves crashed against their bodies as they faced off each other, Terra with that ever present smirk taunting him as he launched himself at the taller male, who seemed to effortlessly slip from his grasp. He lost his footing on the sand as the water pulled him down to his knees, foamy surf crashing down over him.
Ventus came up sputtering for air, Terra laughing so hard he might have sprained a lung. The blonde grumbled and wiped the salt water from his burning eyes and grumbled in annoyance.
“You are going to pay,” he breathed.
Terra laughed more, raising his arms in a mock flex, “Nothing can take me down!” He pointed at Ven, “You think you can dominate me, pssh.”
Ventus grumbled, wading over to Terra, who lowered his arms, a puzzled look crossing his devilish features, “Ven?”
“No one can take you down?” Ventus mumbled his hand groping under the water’s surface, hand palming Terra’s member through his swimming trunks, squeezing lightly. Ven could almost hear the sudden surprise, racing excitement and hitched breath in Terra’s actions. The blonde raised his dark blue eyes to meet Terra’s, parting his lips almost subtly, whispering, just loud enough over the waves for Terra to hear him.
“Terra?”
“V-Ven?” The hesitant reply, Terra’s tanned cheeks almost darkening with a flush. Ventus could most defiantly feel the surprise against his palm growing and he inwardly hooted for joy. He had won and Terra had no clue.
Ventus removed his hand just as he brought his ankle behind Terra’s knee and tipped him off balance, just as a wave came crashing down. The blonde watched his friend fall backward into the water and all he could do was smile.
“Who can take you down?” He mumbled to himself, watching Terra flail to the surface for air.
